NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING BY THE SUTTER COUNTY LOCAL AGENCY FORMATION COMMISSION

Notice is given that at 4:00 p.m. on Thursday, April 24, 2003, in the City of Yuba City City Council Chambers at 1201 Civic Center Boulevard, Yuba City, California, the Sutter County Local Agency Formation Commission (LAFCO) will conduct protest hearing proceedings on the following item:

1. Consider the adoption of its preliminary budget for fiscal year 2003/2004. Copies of the Executive Officer's report on the preliminary budget will be available at the Local Agency Formation Commission's office (Sutter County Community Services Department), 1160 Civic Center Boulevard, Suite E, Yuba City, CA, fives day prior to the hearing. All interested parties are invited to attend and express their opinions or provide written comments. If you challenge the proposed projects in court, you may be limited to raising only those issues you or someone else raised at the hearing described in this notice or in written correspondence delivered to the Commission at, or prior to, the hearing.
