Notice is given that at 4:00 p.m. on Thursday, January 23, 2003, in the City of Yuba City City Council Chambers at 1201 Civic Center Boulevard, Yuba City, California, the Sutter County Local Agency Formation Commission will conduct public hearings on the following items:

a. LAFCO-02-09: Hill Annexation – A change of organization proposing to annex 2983 Clark Road, comprising 23.9 acres to the Sutter Extension Water District and amend the District’s sphere of influence to coincide with the proposed district boundary change.

Copies of the Executive Officer's staff report for the project will be available at the Local Agency Formation Commission's office (Sutter County Community Services Department), 1130 Civic Center Boulevard, Yuba City, CA, fives day prior to the hearing. All interested parties are invited to attend and express their opinions or provide written comments. If you challenge the proposed projects in court, you may be limited to raising only those issues you or someone else raised at the hearing described in this notice or in written correspondence delivered to the Commission at, or prior to, the hearing.
